Privacy policy
What we collect
Only what we need to run the business:
- Order info: name, email, phone, pickup window, items ordered, customer notes you provide.
- Waitlist info: name, email, phone, product interest, season year.
- Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
What we do with it
- Fulfill your order and contact you about pickup logistics.
- Email you once when waitlist reservations open for the season you signed up for.
- Comply with our tax and accounting obligations.
What we don't do with it
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We do not run marketing automation, retargeting, or third-party trackers beyond what's required for the site to function.
Service providers
The site uses these third parties, each of which sees the slice of data they need:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (confirmation emails).
- Cloudflare — DNS, frontend hosting.
- Google Cloud — backend hosting and database.
- YouTube — the embedded historical film on our About page, only if you choose to play it.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we have on you, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@arcadiabees.com.
Cookies
The site itself uses no marketing or analytics cookies. Stripe sets cookies on the Stripe checkout page during payment. The historical film on our About page is hosted by YouTube; it doesn't load until you press play, and once you do, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies.
